The project focuses on short study visits  (via job shadowing) and exchange of good practices in volunteering, particularly in the following areas:

• volunteering in healthcare and hospice care (Austria),
• volunteering in environmental volunteering (Norway),
• senior volunteering (Spain).

We are looking for organizations that work with volunteers and would be willing to host a short-term study visit, share their experience, and present their programmes, methods, and good practices in these fields. 

The aim of the project is to strengthen cooperation, exchange know-how, and inspire the development of volunteering activities in adult education.
